At KDV Sport Pickleball, we want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable, even when unexpected weather conditions arise. Our Wet Weather Policy is designed to provide fair and equitable solutions for bookings affected by rain or other adverse weather conditions.
Wet Weather Policy
- If your booking is cancelled due to wet weather conditions, you will receive a credit equivalent to the full value of your booking. This credit will be issued to the booking holder’s account and can be used for future bookings at KDV Sport Pickleball.
- To qualify for a credit, the cancellation must be directly attributed to inclement weather conditions as determined by KDV Sport Pickleball management.
- Credits issued due to wet weather cancellations are non-transferable and can only be used by the original booking holder.
- Credits must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of issuance. After this period, the credit will expire and cannot be used for future bookings.
- KDV Sport Pickleball reserves the right to assess weather conditions and make decisions regarding cancellations in the interest of safety for all patrons.
- This Wet Weather Policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of KDV Sport Pickleball management.
